Now that it's not a spoiler, i wanted to point out a detail i thought was smart af. In some of the earlier therapist's office scenes, you could see that the Psycho had a baseball cap on. When Josh and Sam were first in the basement together, they found the old baseball bat Josh used to play with during the summer with his dad. I just thought that was a great foreshadowing point tbh. It's also just so wild to think about all the clues about the twins that Josh probably set out in the house. Like that picture of Hannah, Sam, Mike, and Emily at prom. There was no reason for that photo to be out on a table in the living room, so my guess is that Josh put it there so the others would see it and feel guilty.
